As Founder of Eat the Cake Studio, an immersive entertainment company based in France, she designs and produces immersive experiences—from brand activations to original interactive worlds—helping audiences connect and engage deeply while empowering brands to elevate their identity and amplify their reach. A leader in the immersive space, Frances is a founding member of the World Experience Organization (WXO) and its Global Experience Council, and a contributing alumni of the College of Extraordinary Experiences. She also co-founded JeDI, a collective dedicated to advancing the immersive industry in France, and co-creator of Les Journées de l’Immersif, the country’s largest industry gathering, aimed at fostering a thriving immersive ecosystem. Passionate about uncovering remarkable brand stories and reimagining them into dynamic, lived experiences, Frances is driven by her mission: to transform the ordinary into extraordinary.
